Director of Client Experience
Jeanne is responsible for the Client Experience efforts of Advance and brings with her over 20 years of marketing and public relations experience.
Known for her engaging ways, she states, “I don’t know why some say, ‘it’s not personal, it’s just business’ – it’s always personal. We honestly, truly care about the well-being of our clients and the state of their business and we go to extremes to help them grow and thrive.” Jeanne helps clients succeed through issue resolution, business support, and diversity certification and support services.
Jeanne believes in giving back and channels her considerable energy beyond Advance to serve on the National Cancer Leadership Council of the renowned NCI designated, Seidman Cancer Hospital of University Hospitals in Cleveland, Ohio. “I know how lucky we are to have access to world-class care right here in our backyard. My husband of over 30 years is a cancer survivor and was successfully treated at the Seidman Cancer Hospital. We simply cannot do enough to repay that gift of life.”
A self-proclaimed detail freak and perfectionist, she is also an avid cook, gardener, and knitter. She is happiest when interacting with and helping others.
