Caressa has been working with Advance partners for just over three years and says it’s been the most rewarding part of her career – which says a lot, as she worked with the Wald Disney Corporation for a decade! Aside from her colleagues, the leaders within the staffing industry that she gets to interact with on a daily basis have been an inspiration to her and her favorite part of the job.

She was fortunate to have prior staffing experience working with a staffing firm out of Orlando as a sales rep and account executive. Caressa stumbled into this world after obtaining a degree at UCF, although she’s an Auburn fan at heart! Although she still loves Florida, she currently lives in Upstate New York not far from where she grew up, rooting on her Buffalo Bills.

Favorite Food: Anything that doesn’t include vegetables! Give me a solid chicken wing any day.
Favorite Movie: Pretty Woman and Dead Poets Society
Favorite Hobby: Reading, researching unnecessary things, cheering for the NFL team in the league (the Bills obviously), pinball, and playing any game where I can obliterate my competition.
