Tiffany Steppenbacker

Tiffany brings over a decade of business development experience, specifically in the staffing space, to her role as Director of Sales. Having come spent the previous 10 years helping Advance Partners clients grow, she has a keen understanding of market dynamics and brings a unique and strategic approach to sales management.

Tiffany started at Advance in 2004 overseeing Cash functions, and has had many roles with the company since then. She has a Bachelors and Masters degree in Accounting from Cleveland State University.
