Q: “I cannot attend, but my manager/teammate can. Is this invitation transferable?”
A: This invitation is intended specifically for you and is not transferable to others.
Q: “Can I change my activity selection for May 11th?”
A: Selecting an activity upon registering on this website secures your reservation. After submitting your registration, contact our Event Coordinator as soon as possible with any requested change. While not guaranteed, we will make every effort to accommodate your requested change.
Q: “How do I pay for my incidental charges?”
A: You will present your credit card upon check-in for any incidental charges. Such charges include:
- Meals outside of planned food and beverage events (see Agenda)
- In-room movies
- Room Service
- Miscellaneous charges
Q: “How do I extend my stay?”
A: Our preferred rate is available up to three nights prior and three nights after our arrival and departure dates of May 10-12, 2022. Additional nights are at your own expense at $229/night plus tax and resort fee. To reserve, simply enter your arrival and departure dates on the registration form. We will be sure to let the resort know and it will reflect when we send out your confirmation closer to the event in May.
Q: “Can I bring my spouse or significant other?”
A: Yes! While our event is business oriented, we realize you may want to bring your spouse or significant other, and we have arranged a complimentary package, which includes:
- Shared transportation to/from the airport with invitee
- Tuesday and Wednesday evening Reception/Dinner
- Accommodations with Invitee (King Bed or two Doubles)
- Farewell Breakfast on Friday morning
